The Before-After-Bridge Framework: Copy That Sells Transformation
People don't buy services. They buy outcomes. The BAB framework is the fastest way to make transformation vivid in your copy.

Why Transformation Sells
Your prospect is not thinking about your service. They are thinking about where they are (the problem, the frustration, the gap) and where they want to be (the outcome, the relief, the result).
Your job as a copywriter is to make the gap between those two states vivid — and position your offer as the bridge.
The Framework
Before: Paint the current situation in sharp, specific detail. The more precisely you describe the problem, the more the reader feels seen.
"Right now, you're probably posting on LinkedIn 2–3 times a week and wondering why the followers aren't translating to clients."
After: Describe the desired outcome with equal specificity. Don't describe your service — describe what life looks like after the problem is solved.
"90 days from now, your LinkedIn profile could be generating 2–3 qualified discovery call requests every week — from people who already understand what you do and are ready to pay for it."
Bridge: Explain how they get from Before to After. This is where you introduce your offer, your methodology, or your approach.
"Here is how we make that happen in 90 days."
Why BAB Works Better Than Feature Listings
When you list features, you put the work of imagination onto the reader. They have to figure out what the feature means for their situation.
When you use BAB, you do the imagination work for them. You make the transformation concrete and vivid. You make the Before painful enough that the After feels necessary.
Where to Use BAB
Homepage hero section, landing page, LinkedIn summary, email introduction, case study framing, proposal narrative, discovery call opening statement.
Any context where you need to quickly establish relevance and create desire for change.
